SMS Terms of Use

Occasional updates regarding changes to scheduled appointments

All messages are transactional in nature and directly related to appointments the user has booked with Taggart Trainings.

Message frequency varies depending on appointment activity and engagement. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

SMS Opt-Out:

Users may unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Taggart Trainings. Upon receiving a STOP request, no further messages will be sent unless the user re-subscribes by texting START. Users may also reply HELP for assistance or contact us directly at [email protected] to manage their SMS preferences.

Message and Data Rates:

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Taggart Trainings is not responsible for charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, intellectual property, and proprietary information provided by Taggart Trainings LLC are owned exclusively by the Company and are protected under United States copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

We reserve sole discretion in determining violations.

Testimonials and Media Release

By submitting feedback, comments, testimonials, success stories, videos, written statements, or other content through any platform including but not limited to:

Online communities

Coaching calls

Chat platforms

Email

Messaging applications

Live sessions

Social media groups

You grant the Company a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes.

If you prefer your content not be used publicly, you must notify us in writing prior to submission.

We do not guarantee that results shared in testimonials are typical. Individual results vary.

Subscriptions, Memberships and Payments

By purchasing any product, service, membership, or subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

Subscription Terms

If you enroll in a recurring subscription:

You authorize automatic recurring billing

Billing will occur on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selection

Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date

Failed Payments
